The problem
When caution became the default
Somewhere along the way, doubt and extreme caution became the first instinct when buying supplements. “Clean” and “transparent” now sit on almost every label — yet many people still feel a quiet uncertainty about whether they can truly trust what is inside.
What we saw in the supplement world
From inside this field, we saw why that uncertainty is rational. Supplements can reach shelves without strong pre-market proof that they work, or that label and contents fully match. Some categories carry a record of adulteration, under-dosed actives, and testing that is done but rarely shared — with early lab or animal data allowed to speak with the confidence of human proof.
