Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States. Orders are priced and charged in USD.
Free shipping. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Processing time. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery estimates. After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental US via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping (2-day) is available at checkout for the amount shown at checkout where offered. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Made in France. Our formulas are manufactured in France and imported. All applicable US import duties are handled by us — you pay no additional customs fees at delivery.
Tracking & issues. Track your order using the link in your shipping email. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact our Contact page within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address; if a package is returned to us, we'll reship once the correct address is confirmed.
