How it works. Within 60 days of delivery, email our Contact page with your order number and we'll start your return. You may return a product even if it's opened or partially used — that's the point of the guarantee: try it, and if it's not for you, get your money back.
Refunds. Once your return is approved, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds cover the product price.
Return shipping. When you contact us we'll confirm the return address and any return-shipping details. We recommend a tracked method so your return doesn't get lost.
Exclusions. The guarantee applies to products purchased directly from oginea.com. Items bought from third-party resellers aren't covered. We may limit abuse of the policy (e.g., repeated bulk returns).
Damaged or wrong item. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund — no return needed in most cases.
EU note: EU customers also have a separate statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (see the EU site's Right of Withdrawal page). Our 60-day guarantee is offered in addition to any statutory rights.
