California's Proposition 65 (the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) requires businesses to provide a warning to California consumers about significant exposures to certain chemicals.
Where one of our products requires a Proposition 65 warning, that warning appears on the product's page and on its packaging, in the form required by California law, with a link to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
A Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean a product is unsafe when used as directed; it reflects California's specific labeling requirements. We review our formulas and testing on an ongoing basis and update labeling and this page as needed.
